Start your hair loss recovery by consulting with our Clinical Trichologist. We'll assess your case, discuss your hair goals, and recommend the best action plan, focusing on identifying the root cause of your hair loss. At HBTC, we tackle finding the root cause of your hair loss of utmost importance. Consultations are typically about an hour and held in a discreet private room. Be sure to bring your questions. This is YOUR time!


Step2

Undergo a Tricho Analysis: This comprehensive analysis involves hair and scalp exams, dietary and lifestyle evaluation, family and medical history review, and blood tests to identify the root cause of hair loss. It enables our Trichologist to craft a tailored treatment plan. After your initial consultation and Tricho Analysis, a follow-up visit (2 weeks post-consult) is required for the best treatment strategy.


Step3

Get Customized Treatment Options: Following your consultation and detailed analysis (within approx. 2 weeks), we'll present a personalized Tricho Therapy Plan. Tailored to the unique causes and severity of your hair loss, this plan guides you toward the most effective solutions for recovery. We support you in regaining confidence and tackling all forms of Alopecia with informed choices

The evaluation begins with a Trichoscopy analysis, which assesses your hair's texture, density, and overall condition.   • What information will the Trichologist need from me?

    You will be asked to provide information about your medical history, any medications you are taking, family history of hair loss, lifestyle factors, and details about your hair loss symptoms.  


    Additionally, any blood work / labs received in the past 4 months we encourage you to submit those for review with your intake documents.

  • What should I expect at my initial visit?

    Be sure to complete all intake forms and documents no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date/time.


    List any and all medications that you are taking including any over the counter vitamins, minerals, oils, elixirs, and/ or herbs.


    Please come with hair free from any restrictive styles. No braids, no extensions, no hard gels. - the hair and scalp must be accessible for a thorough exam.
